The CRM Technical Lead will be responsible for managing IT delivery teams and implementing large-scale projects. They will also be involved in actual systems development work, including coding, functional and technical specifications, systems development, and testing. The Technical Lead will utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Visio. They will support CRM Delivery for business banking leads, lending, and deposit account customer onboarding. Responsibilities include:
- Leading IT delivery teams and ensuring successful project implementation
- Participating in systems development work, including coding, specification, development, and testing
- Utilizing tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Visio
- Supporting CRM Delivery for business banking leads, lending, and account onboarding
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 9 years of relevant experience in IT project management and systems development
- Prior leadership experience in managing IT delivery teams and implementing large-scale projects
