Job Description

About the position::

Velosio is looking for a CRM Support Engineer to be an integral member of the Internal Operations Team.

As the CRM Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the configuration, enhancement, administration, and support of our Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service applications. In this role you will work directly with various business owners and end users to support, maintain and enhance these applications to meet our business needs in a period of significant growth. As a system lead on an internal team, you will report directly to the CRM System Manager.

Your day might look like::
Monitoring the help desk support queue for CRM related inquiries and providing support for basic and complex issues.
Meeting with business owners to document requirements for CRM system enhancement requests submitted through our internal enhancement request portal.
Translating business requirements into technical solutions and developing user stories to drive configuration changes and custom development.
Making system configuration and functional changes to meet business needs.
Working with the development team on advanced customizations.
Performing testing on all solutions before moved to production.
Developing & performing user training for new solutions when needed.
Analysis, clean-up and ongoing maintenance of our CRM database capacity to minimize storage cost.
Promote best practices to stakeholders and users.
Determine and ensure the organization's Dynamics 365 new release readiness
Stay informed of and prepare for system changes pushed by Microsoft (i.e. functionality depreciation and new functionality).
New user access setup to our CRM system & departing user related task
What you'll bring::
5 years of experience with customer relationship management systems
3 years hands-on consulting, configuration & support experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Applications (CRM)
Experience developing/building Microsoft Power Automate flows
Strong technical background
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Process driven with attention to details
Effective written and spoken English communication skills
Skilled in effectively interacting with both end users and management.
Experience with presenting solutions to business users
