- Direct Residential & Commercial Sales
- Sales and Marketing Lead Management : Identify viable leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Client Acquisition : Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable property solutions.
- Property Presentations : Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Sales Negotiation : Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company.
- Sales Closure : Close sales deals effectively, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
- Market Research and Analysis Market Trends : Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to provide accurate information to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Client Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and post-sale support.
