Job Description

  • Handle the team, assign tasks, monitor performance
  • Ensure the department is functioning smoothly
  • Discuss with the Management for improvements & ideas
  • Mentor the team and drive the department's overall performance as per the company requirements
  • Guide, mentor, coach, and advise team members to learn & adapt to the changes in the organizational development
  • Oversee customer relationship management & handle customer with care
  • Provide the project wise information to the customers accordingly
  • Maintain good rapo with each customer for payments collections, loan processing, documentation, registration, cancellation etc
  • Update CRM software appropriately with correct data
  • Handle customer complaints smoothly, queries, requirements during calls & visits
  • Coordinate with inter-department for loan, legal, registration & payments
  • Handle company registration, licence, renewal, any business requirements for legal advises
  • Ensure customer is satisfied in our service
  • Escalate any sensitive issues to senior / Management
  • Participate in events & support the team
  • Prepare monthly report
