1-2 years- Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Seize opportunities to upsell products or services when they arise- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep abreast of product and service information and promotions
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or relevant field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
