Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a CRM Head at Vishnukrupa Creations in Surat. The CRM Head will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and implementing customer relationship management strategies. They will also oversee sales and project management activities related to CRM, ensuring effective communication and coordination between different departments.
