Job Description

  • CRM System Management:
  • Administer and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Customer Data Analysis:
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in customer engagement.
  • Communication and Engagement:
  • Plan and execute targeted communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Customer Support:
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to address and resolve customer queries, concerns, or issues promptly.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Design and implement CRM campaigns to drive customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Feedback Collection:
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product and service enhancements.
  • Social Media and Blogging Management

Required Candidate profile
Bachelors degree in relevant field
CRM software proficiency is preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Detail-oriented with organizational abilities
Team player with a proactive mindset.
