Company Based @ Charkop - Kandivli West - Looking for CRM Candidate

Roles and Responsibilities

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers

Handling Customer Queries

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently

Successfully manage customer relations by being a liaison between the company and the customer

Coordinating with customers as well Team for getting shipments delivered in time

The manager monitors customer satisfaction and devises ways for the company to better serve customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,
  • 00 - 25,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Commission pay
Overtime pay
  • Shift allowance


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
  • Administrative & Customer Support Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
