Job Description

Building relationships - Work to build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers. They aim to understand customer needs, concerns, and overall experience to foster loyalty and encourage long-term business.
  • Improving customer satisfaction - Responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services offered by the company. They also aim to treat customers fairly and professionally.
Resolving complaints - Responsible for resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated - Keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
* Expanding the customer base - Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Planning strategically - CRM managers meet with managers in the organization to plan strategically. They also conduct business reviews using CRM programs and know their competition to strategize accordingly.
