About the Role
We are seeking a dynamicCRM Analyst & Sales Intelligence Managerto manage and optimize ourZoho CRM platform, ensuring it becomes the central engine for driving our sales efforts. The role involves creating insightful dashboards, providing actionable sales intelligence, and enabling the sales team to achieve their goals efficiently.
This is a critical role for ensuring seamless CRM operations, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement of the sales process at our company.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Administer and manage theZoho CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal configuration.
- Develop, implement, and maintain workflows, automation rules, and integrations with other tools and platforms.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and liaise with the Zoho support team for resolution.
Dashboard Creation & Data Analytics
- Buildcustomized dashboards and reportsfor sales performance, pipeline analysis, lead tracking, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and flag risks.
- Provide real-time sales metrics and insights to the sales leadership team.
Sales Intelligence
- Enable the sales team withactionable insightsby tracking market trends, client behaviors, and performance metrics.
- Identify and prioritize leads and opportunities for the sales team using data-driven strategies.
- Deliver presentations and regular reports to communicate sales performance and areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
- Train sales team members on using Zoho CRM effectively and interpreting dashboards/reports.
- Gather feedback from users to continuously improve CRM functionality and usability.
Compliance & Security
- Ensure that all CRM activities adhere to regulatory and data protection requirements.
- Implement and monitor access controls, ensuring the security of sensitive sales data.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related fields. Advanced certifications in CRM systems, especiallyZoho CRM, are a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing CRM systems, preferably in sales-driven environments.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise inZoho CRMcustomization and reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience in integrating CRMs with marketing automation platforms and other third-party tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
