Job Description:
We are seeking a capable Offshore Crewing Manager to join our Mumbai team. The Offshore Crewing Manager will oversee all aspects of crew sourcing, operations, and coordination for our offshore installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1 . Crew Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Source, recruit, and onboard qualified personnel for offshore positions, including riggers, crane operators, technicians, and engineers.
- Maintain a robust talent pool through effective recruitment strategies and partnerships with training institutions.
2 . Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor crew performance, conduct evaluations, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain high safety and operational standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on crew performance, utilization, and project-specific metrics.
3 . Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their crewing needs, provide timely solutions, and address any concerns or issues related to crew operations.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive service delivery.
4 . Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of crewing coordinators and support staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Conduct training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities and operational efficiency.
5 . Budget Management:
- Manage the crewing department budget, including cost forecasting, expenditure control, and budget allocation for crew-related activities.
- Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidate with 8-10 years of experience in offshore crew sourcing required
- Sourcing for top 4 officers into offshore vessels required
- Must be proficient in MS Office suite and crew management software
- Effective communication skills required
