We are seeking an experienced and passionate In-House Trainer to join our Food and Beverage team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, food quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
- Create training materials, manuals, and presentations.
2. Food Safety and Quality:
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor food handling and preparation practices.
3. Service Excellence:
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer service skills.
- Monitor and evaluate service standards.
4. Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure training programs meet regulatory requirements (e.g., health and safety, labor laws).
5. Evaluation and Feedback:
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback.
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with operations teams to identify training needs.
- Communicate training schedules, objectives, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Training and Development, or related field.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B training or operations.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, and customer service standards.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Proficient in training software and technologies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 400,000.00 - 450,000.00 per year
