Crew Coordinator

This role delivers compliant and timely crew relief for assigned customers and segments.

The incumbent is responsible for flawless delivery of crew mobilization responsibilities such as timely travel arrangements for approved crew, digitally capturing required documents for approved crew, and ensuring 100% usage of ShipSure in all mobilization activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures compliant and timely crew relief.

Ensures local training delivery of crew according to matrix.

Ensures all required documents are digitally captured in ShipSure on time

Assists in crew welfare and crew family coordination, as applicable

Maintain regular contact with crew and updating of ShipSure diligently

Diligently uses ShipSure as system of record for all mobilization activities

Provides feedback on further development opportunities for ShipSure and other relevant crew processes.
