The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, and implementing AV systems using Crestron and Extron technologies. This role involves working closely with clients, project managers, and installation teams to deliver high-quality AV solutions that meet our clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation:
Design AV systems utilizing Crestron and Extron products and solutions.
Develop detailed design documentation, including system schematics, signal flow diagrams, and rack elevations.
Create and program control system software for Crestron and Extron platforms.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards and client requirements.
Project Management:
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Coordinate with installation teams to oversee the installation and commissioning of AV systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams during the implementation phase.
Client Interaction:
Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and gather necessary information for system design.
Present AV system designs to clients and address any questions or concerns.
Provide training and support to clients on the operation of AV systems.
Testing and Troubleshooting:
Perform system testing to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installation and post-installation.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates on installed systems as required.
