Avendus is looking for CA Industrial trainees, having completed 12 months of articleship. This is an opportunity to work in Investment team (hybrid of NBFC and Structured Finance).
Job description
- Working in the investment team on evaluating investments, (including but not restricted to) building financial model, Investment Memo and Risk Memos for prospective investee companies. Will also include meeting with the company, investment banker, and outstation visits.
- Working with external diligence agencies across financial, commercial, and legal domains.
- Working on Post Investment initiatives as directed by investment team members on a periodic basis
- Supporting Fund Head in Fund Raising initiatives including but not limited to diligence preparation, research and other key work around maintaining various database
- Supporting team members in various sector research work (Primary and Secondary)
