- The credit reporting analyst will work collaboratively with credit, finance, business operations and senior management for US & Canada region. The analyst will oversee and execute processes necessary to analyze and report on the accounts receivable portfolio of Eaton's US and Canada Electrical operations.
- This position would be an Individual Contributor.
nAssistance and analysis in preparation of accounts receivable monthly close and forecast reporting
nAssist / drive DSO / past due improvement via analysis of accounts receivable data
nManage the day-to-day Credit Control Financial Services(CCFS) accounts receivable reporting requirements
nDevelop / manage excel based cash collection models and support development of reporting processes
nSupport US and Canada quarterly bad debt reserve analysis
nIdentify areas of opportunity for improvement as well as documenting current processes and future state processes via value stream map
nSupport and propose various initiatives to reduce complexity, standardize and improve efficiency of credit processes across US and Canada
nResponsible for various reporting such as HBA Report, Divisional Scorecard etc.
nMonitor credit policy adherence e.g. Credit Approval Request Policy
nSupporting the CCFS team with standard and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
