• Served as a helpful assistant to all office staff through,supervision, Monitoring and audit compliance.

AML CFT

Looking after the Disbursement & Collection of Group loans in Banking Units, ensuring business growth & collec done per the Bank's guidelines & monitoring them with a team of 50 Banking Unit Managers & 300plus staff on Bank Payroll, handling a portfolio of 500 cr.

AML KYC

• Information Security Awareness Manage Staff to maximize business standards & motivation team members to ensure consistent & maximum
• performance levels.

LANGUAGES

• Apart form this, hand full experiences on Staff recruitment, new staff inductions, new branch expansions, dealing with outside stake holders,
