2. Compliance of Credit Policy & Procedures Ensure Adherence of Credit Policy, Procedures & DOA .Timely submission of reports to functional head.Control on PDDs and ROC charge creation.
3. Portfolio Performance Proper coordination and timely updation with the business and collection team in order to manage and maintain portfolio health and its indicators like ED, NS and NPA)
4. Service Standard Maintain TAT for BusinessMarket knowledge and networking.Training and guidance to sales, ops, collection & credit team. Training/MIS/Report Keeping
5. Self-Development Own IDP, Succession Plan and IDP of the First Line
6. Team Engagement and Development Teams KRA and PMS Process AdherenceUnderstanding and Coverage of all Employees of under Training & Development Programmes.
