Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Work Experience: 2 - 7years

Salary: As per Industry standards

Desired candidate would be handling the responsibilities which are mentioned below:

1. To understand requirement from the customer

2. Conduct due diligence including site visit, understand the project, CIBIL Checks & other hygiene checks.

3. Collect basic data of the project and all project related information.

4. Prepare basic loan structure along with broad terms and conditions and discuss with the customer, whether acceptable to the customer.

5. Check CERSAI website for property search for any subsisting charge.

6. Preparation of appraisal note for loan proposal.

7. Prepare Indicative Term Sheet for customers acceptance.

9. Initiate Legal and Technical due diligence providing all related documents for legal and technical report compilation.

9. Based on data provided preparation of detailed month-wise cash flow with Outflows and Inflows and analyse the credit requirement for completion of the project.

10. Micro market study to understand the location and other projects in the area viz-a-viz the latest trends in the sale rate in the area, present and future demand, positives and negatives in the area. Comparison with similar projects in the area.

1. Preparation of Process Note (appraisal) with recommendations for sanction to the sanctioning committee.

13. Preparation of Sanction Letter based on proposal sanction with the terms and conditions of sanction.

14. Collection of all pre-disbursement documents from the customer.

15. Preparation and Execution of documents as per legal report, technical report and the terms of sanction by the committee.

16. Security Perfection, Charge creation in MCA Portal and CERSAI registration, ROC charge creation.

17. Ongoing collection of post disbursement documents and data as per approved timelines along with monitoring of escrow account transactions.
