Credit Control Analyst (Hybrid Work Mode)

Description

We are looking for a Credit Control Analyst .The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in credit control or related field. The candidate should be well-versed in managing credit risks, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to improve creditworthiness. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. The position is based in India.

Responsibilities

• Managing the credit risk of the company by analyzing financial data and creditworthiness of clients
• Developing strategies to minimize credit risks and improve cash flow
• Monitoring accounts receivables and collections, and following up with clients to ensure timely payments
• Maintaining accurate records of client accounts and credit agreements
• Preparing credit reports and presenting recommendations to management
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure credit policies and procedures are followed
• Resolving credit disputes and negotiating payment plans with clients
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and regulations related to credit control

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in credit control or related field
• Knowledge of financial analysis and credit risk management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with Indian credit market and regulations
• Certification in credit management or related field is a plus
