About the Company:

CorroHealth emerged from the combination of four organizations with a focus on providing a greater breadth of clinical revenue cycle solutions. The joint venture included the purchase of an industry-leading domestic middle revenue cycle group, TrustHCS, a full-service global delivery model in both the US and India, Visionary RCM, emergency documentation technology provider, The T System, and advanced coding solution provider RevCycle+.

About the Role:

Job description:

  • Acts as primary oversight for all non-APM credits balances and refunds.
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving all refunds before they are submitted to the client.
  • Responsible for resolving escalated issues related to credit balances or refunds.
  • Must be able to effectively track all refunds and report on them accurately.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with all other departments and clients.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Ability to prioritize and follow a schedule.
  • Broad knowledge of multiple practice management systems.
  • Ability to analyze and understand payer EOB s and clients managed care contracts/fee schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate and Post graduate can apply

Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and clients.
  • Should have experience in Cerner software.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Health Care industry.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Cooperative work attitude toward and with co-employees, management, patients, and outside contacts.
  • Ability to promote favorable company image with patients, insurance companies, and general public.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new processes.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication.
