Designation: Credit Analyst - Commercial Real Estate

Experience: 3-8 years

Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

-Preliminary examination of financing deals and structure for commercial real estate

-Collaboration with the internal teams (operations, legal, technical, and relationship) to deliver solutions to clients in a timely and well-coordinated manner.

-Communication with the client to learn about their finance requirements, organizational structure, and company model. Additionally, answering questions and continuously gathering data

-Due diligence and credit analysis.

Making preliminary suggestions and assessing borrower, transaction, and underlying security risk by creating Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN).

-Term sheets, presentation of the proposal to sanctioning authorities, preparation of review and renewal credit reports for the purpose of reviewing the limits and evaluating the same for credit alerts, and verification of disbursements to guarantee compliance with sanctioned conditions are all included.
