Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Credentialing Specialist at AlterMed RCM in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for managing credentialing processes, communicating with medical staff, providing excellent customer service, working with Medicare requirements, and ensuring accurate credentialing.
Qualifications
- Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Medicare requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy in credentialing processes
- Experience in healthcare or medical billing industry
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Certification in medical credentialing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
