Gemius is an independent integrated marketing agency based in Surat, providing end-to-end solutions to clients. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Creative Strategist role at Gemius Studios Pvt. Ltd. located in Surat. The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing and advertising campaigns, as well as providing strategic insights. The Creative Strategist will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify key consumer insights, creating brand strategies, and collaborating with creative teams on creative direction and content development.

  • Strategy Development: Developing creative strategies that align with client goals and generate measurable results, while staying on top of industry trends and best practices.
  • Creative Brief Development: Collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop clear and concise creative briefs that guide the development of campaigns and projects.
  • Concept Development: Ideating and developing creative concepts that effectively communicate the client's message and resonate with the target audience.
  • Campaign Execution: Overseeing the execution of creative campaigns and projects, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyzing the performance of creative campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize future strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating effectively with internal teams, such as copywriters, designers, digital media managers, social media managers and account managers, to develop cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Innovation: Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the creative industry, and incorporating this knowledge into creative strategies and recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in social media, digital marketing, and graphic design, as well as an understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
