As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Creative Producer to join our creative marketing team in our Bangalore office. The team is made up of talented designers, marketers, and creative specialists.
As a Creative Producer, you will be responsible for organising the day-to-day workflow of the Kwalee marketing creative team. You will work closely with the design, digital marketing, and product teams. Together you will ensure that all creative needs are met and creatives are used appropriately.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management for the creative team, ensuring smooth execution of priorities, scheduling, and milestones across all creative production.
- Manage and streamline the organisation and distribution of resources and assets for both internal teams and third-party collaborators.
- Develop and implement new processes to track project progress, optimising the creative production pipeline for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers and senior team members to facilitate regular creative sessions, promoting the exchange of innovative ideas and concepts.
- Lead the project management of creative testing, including prioritisation, setup, results analysis, and follow-ups.
- Explore and evaluate new tools and products to continuously enhance the creative pipeline.
- Play our games and analyse competitor products to gain insights into the success of other F2P mobile games.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to launch.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to ensure clear and consistent proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve production challenges efficiently.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills. Ensure that the final product meets Kwalee s quality standards and aligns with the projects creative vision.
- Based in our office in Bangalore, following our hybrid model with 4 days per week on-site.
