Role - Creative Manager/ Sr. Creative Manager

Lead creative management for a specific set of projects with a 360 overview. The Creative Manager is expected to bring in a consumer first approach to the creative process. Set the communication objective, translate it into specific formats and lead the development across platforms social, digital, website, others. Accountable for effective and timely creative development.

Lead the thinking and conceptualization of creatives for a wide array of media to fit internal and external requirement. Lead a team of designers / photographers/videographers/copywriters & oversee production to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring in a creative management approach- be able to integrate learnings from category, consumer, shopper and digital traffic to ascertain communication needs.
  • Lead a team of designers, photographers, videographers & copywriters to visualize and create innovative Graphic & Video Content for branding, ads, social media platforms, website, print collaterals and app requirements for Nat Habit.
  • Take an integrated media approach to deliver creative impact.
  • Lead project management of the creative calendar.
  • Create impact and memorability by elevating the teams ideas, besides ones own.
  • Guide/ supervise the working /technical delivery of the team.
  • Input into team learning regularly latest tools, platforms, trends.
  • Research industry-related topics for newer ideas
  • Build a learning organization by leveraging industry trends, technology and AI

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience of 8-12 yrs in advertisement & content
  • Strong understanding of consumers, digital channels and platforms, exposure to beauty and personal care category is an added advantage.
  • Ability to think content management than disparate bright ideas. Experience in producing engaging brand/product/lifestyle content.
  • Good at ideation, better at team execution. Experience in leading both design & copy
  • Project and team management experience, critical for a quick turnaround high volume workflow.
  • Good command on language, sense of aesthetics and sense of detailing.
