Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Manager to lead the design and execution of on-deck and off-deck creative strategies for our e-commerce marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering visually compelling and effective digital campaigns across various platforms including mobile app homepages, category storefronts, sale and event pages, as well as off-deck channels like notifications, WhatsApp, and newsletters. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive engagement and conversions, while effectively managing and inspiring a team of creative professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for all on-deck properties such as the app's homepage, category storefronts, sales and event pages, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and e-commerce best practices.
- Develop innovative design strategies for off-deck properties including push notifications, WhatsApp marketing campaigns, and email newsletters to boost user engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to create compelling content that drives conversions and enhances the user experience.
- Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and voice.
- Utilize data and customer insights to inform creative decisions and optimize visual strategies for better performance.
- Manage the creative team, set clear goals, and oversee project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed to the highest standard and within deadlines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new and innovative creative approaches and technologies into campaigns.
- Develop and manage the creative budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver the highest impact.
- Spearhead the integration of AI tools and techniques into the creative process, enhancing personalization and relevance across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of professional design experience in a managerial role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform campaigns and digital design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of digital content strategy, design, and analytics.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
