Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and campaigns.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Leadership qualities including empathy, resilience, and decisiveness.
