Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Creative Lead to oversee our creative team and ensure the successful execution of marketing projects across all platforms. The Creative Lead will lead the conceptualization, creation, and delivery of visual and written content that aligns with our brand's goals and values. Additionally, the candidate must be hands-on, actively participating in the creative process and guiding the team through project execution.
Responsibilities :
- Creative Vision and Strategy: Establish creative strategies that deliver on brand values, objectives, and customer engagement.
- Project Management: Work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, sales, and external agencies to coordinate campaigns and initiatives. Manage workflow, delegate tasks, and ensure team members are meeting project deadlines.
- Conceptualization and Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative concepts and campaigns.Translate business and marketing objectives into impactful creative concepts.Oversee the development of design and content for various channels, including web, social media, email, print, video, and advertising
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative materials are aligned with the brand's guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure the creative output supports broader business goals.
- Creative Execution and Quality Control:Oversee the production of all creative content, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and measure the success of creative projects and campaigns, using data and analytics to assess performance.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on creative team performance, project statuses, and campaign results
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creatives.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a creative role (e.g., Associate Creative Director, Group Head (Copy), or Creative Strategist).
- Candidates should have Agency experience.
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring creative teams.
- Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale creative projects or campaigns across various media channels (print, digital, video, etc.).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with marketing, product, sales, and other departments.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work, including branding, advertising, digital media, and campaign strategies.
