Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design and Social Media Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media management. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, has a keen eye for design, and is enthusiastic about engaging audiences on various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns and promotional content.
Ensure brand consistency in all designs by following brand guidelines.
Video Editing:
Edit short-form videos for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Add effects, graphics, sound, and subtitles to enhance video content.
Collaborate with the team to refine and improve video content based on feedback.
Social Media Management:
Assist in planning and scheduling posts across various social media platforms.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.
Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas to boost engagement.
Track performance metrics and prepare reports on social media activity.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their content requirements.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
