Role & Responsibilities
As the Associate Creative Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our clients brands. Your responsibilities will include:
Innovation And Ideation
- Envision strategic directions for brands, both short-term and long-term.
- Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate innovative ideas.
- Balance a relentless desire for innovation with business objectives and user engagement priorities.
- Influence team members to set and achieve goals and deadlines.
Creative Oversight
- Develop creative and content strategies for digital campaigns.
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage group dynamics among team members.
- Supervise, counsel, and guide managers and executives within the team.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all creatives and content.
- Maintain consistency of visuals with the overall brand strategy and proactively address any issues hindering growth.
Client Engagement
- Attend and actively participate in client meetings and pitches.
- Deliver high-quality work while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Manage team escalations as necessary.
Team Development
- Hire, develop, and manage the creative team.
- Edit and refine content produced by team members.
- Analyze content marketing metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
- Effectively juggle multiple projects while managing timelines and expectations.
Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on the latest standards and trends in visual design.
Skills & Experience Required
- A good sense of humor; creativity is often sparked by fun!
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of pop culture and internet trends.
- A drive to deliver the highest quality work that you can take pride in.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related field within digital media and advertising.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proven experience in managing a creative team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
