Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Creative Director to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a rich background in creative ideation, campaign management, and content creation, with significant experience in both ad agencies and D2C environments. This role demands a leader who can oversee all artistic aspects of our brand, drive brand repositioning efforts, and inspire innovative thinking across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideation & Campaign Management: Develop and lead creative campaigns from concept through completion, ensuring all ideas align with brand strategy and objectives.
- Content & Copy Creation: Oversee the development of compelling content and copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Art & Design Leadership: Control and direct all art-related aspects, including packaging, website design, and multimedia content. Ensure all visual elements are consistent with the brand's image and message.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Brand Repositioning: Drive and manage brand repositioning projects to align with market trends and business goals.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate their vision into effective creative strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all creative outputs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12-14 years of experience in creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the luxury, consumer goods, and advertising industries.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in both ad agencies and D2C environments is a must.
- Creative Expertise: Proven ability to ideate and execute high-impact campaigns, with a strong understanding of art, copy, and content creation.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring creative teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of design software and tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of conventional creative approaches.
Preferred Qualifications:
