Position Overview: Creative Graphic Designer
AD Agency is seeking a full-time, on-site Creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating eye-catching visuals, ranging from branding and web design to graphic and logo design. You will work closely with our creative team to produce exceptional design solutions, pushing boundaries and setting trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely and budget-conscious outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand project goals and audience insights.
- Develop compelling visuals for diverse projects, including websites, apps, social media campaigns, branding materials, and marketing collateral.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering growth and creativity within the team.
- Stay on top of design trends and apply innovative techniques to your work.
- Present creative concepts to clients and teams, revising designs based on feedback.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all projects.
- Work seamlessly with other departments to integrate design with content.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and diverse design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a design team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
