Derby, India's most fashionable menswear brand is looking for a young creative director to up the game on social media. We are looking to hire an inhouse creative director who will re-position, rejuvenate and refresh the brand communication and make it more sizzling. The creative director needs to be super comfortable with digital.
The person should have exceptional skills in working with teams, excellent verbal and communication skills, ability to present information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail. Prior copywriting experience in a social media agency at a middle level will help.
Be responsible for the brand communication.
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
Ability to pitch an idea or explain a campaign. Collaborate with the in-house social media and product teams to translate creative briefs into creative designs.- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas. Commitment to deadlines.
Visualize and design unique and well-crafted campaigns.
Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role.
- Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, and brand development.
Excellent working knowledge on how social media works for a brand and brand communications.- Prior copywriting experience in a social media agency at a middle level will help.
Overall 8 to 14 years of experience of which 6+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills.

- Any degree in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field.
