Job Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Director - Design with key strengths in branding, advertising, social media, Illustration and typography to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven creative with a strong understanding of branding and messaging. As the Creative Director, you will lead our creative team in developing and executing design strategies that break norms and drive market trends.

Minimum experience: 7 years

Job Location: Bangalore, work from office

Employment Type:Full Time, permanent

Salary: will be on par with industry standards, and according to skill and experience

Date of joining: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of designers and creative professionals to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Develop and implement innovative design strategies that align with clients branding objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of brand identity, including logo design, typography, color schemes, and brand voice.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into creative concepts.
• Ensure that all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and effectiveness.
• Stay current on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Drive creativity and innovation in visual communication to differentiate our clients brands in the market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful branding projects and design campaigns.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, brand development, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to present and justify design concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or related field (preferred).
