Team
We raised $ 1 Million in seed funding in April 2023 and plan to grow our team from 30 to 50.QuickReply.ai was founded by two IIT-Delhi alumni with 12 years of experience who developed enterprise software for companies like Oracle, NetApp, Walt Disney, and MindTickle.
Role Overview
We seek a talented and dare we say, non-linear thinker to lead our Marketing design org. The ideal candidate will have a nuanced understanding of abstracting key information from a brief and deciding the best-fit visual medium to depict said information. This means the candidate should be extremely proficient in understanding technology systems, the technicalities underneath these systems, and identifying optimal ways to design this information for our readers.
Who are our readers
Our readers are decision-makers and influencers in DTC companies. These folks fall under multiple personas - director of marketing, director of ecommerce, director of retention, director of performance marketing and director of customer support, to name a few. A lot of founders also read our content.
[VERY IMPORTANT]Why will you not be a fit for this role
- [If you do not have B2B exposure] Our visual assets demonstrate the interplay between many technology systems. Some of these systems are Shopify, WhatsApp API, and QuickReply. If you do not have a B2B background, you'll struggle to abstract information in the brief and hence in your output.
- [If you haven't worked on infographics before] Think about how creative designers at McKinsey and PwC go about their graphics (their charts, system diagrams, and flowcharts). We need a similar line of thinking. If you haven't created an output that breaks down chunks of information and weaves a flow between different components so that the sum is greater than the parts, you'll struggle in the role.
- [If you haven't worked on Motion so far] Users who use our product successfully do a series of steps for their outcomes. It is not a click-and-done mechanism. For this reason, static images do not convey our ideas very well. What we have realized is that motion design is integral to our marketing success, and hence, we need somebody who knows how to create motion assets from scratch.
- [If you are not upgrading our design thinking] We'll be taking inspiration from you about latest design trends. You'll be sharing what the best-in-class design teams are up to, how they are thinking, and how they are executing. In this process, you'll help us elevate.
- [If you are not exploring tech / tools] Our belief is that somebody who is continuously exploring new tools / tech is forward-thinking and hence, a great fit.

- Innovate Visual Content: Create innovative and visually compelling content for various channels, including email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, and other integrated marketing campaigns, for engagement and conversions.
- Build a brand thesis: Deeply understand the QuickReply brand and the positioning we want to grab. Based on this understanding, build a brand umbrella with all the components needed for visual consistency.
- Incorporate motion as much as you can: We have run some experiments with agencies. It was clear in these experiments that motion static. You would not lose any opportunity to incorporate motion in assets.
