This role is responsible for supporting the creative lead on incoming event opportunities, including development of innovative creative concepts from start to finish for use in out-going proposals and understanding company vision and design aesthetics, helping drive a consistent design sensibility across all events.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative lead to develop innovative event concepts aligned with company vision and design aesthetics.
- Understand project requirements and create high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Produce 3D visualizations and graphics for proposals and client requests.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
- Provide design support during event production, adhering to client guidelines.
- Support the production team with design direction during event execution.
- Lead the proposal process in collaboration with business development and client servicing teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve design skills.
- Train and support the design team, ensuring quality work and adherence to deadlines.
- Delegate responsibilities and oversee completion of tasks by team members.
- Revise and update proposals in a timely manner.
- Exhibit extreme attention to detail and strong project management skills.
Tools and Techniques:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Maya, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create 2D & 3D graphic renderings and presentations using PowerPoint.
- In-depth in-software expertise like 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, model animation, etc.
- Oversee graphic and printing needs and Production Files for projects.
- Accept and implement constructive feedback.
- 2D Software like CDR, AI etc.
Requirement :
- Relevant experience from the event management industry.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in design or creative field.
- Min 3 years of experience in a creative leadership role
- Experience in the Event Management Industry is an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and projects.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful campaigns.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing creative teams.
