Overview
The Creative Design Manager (Graphics) intern role is vital to our organization's creative team. The intern will work closely with the design team and assist in creating visually appealing graphics for various projects. This role is crucial in maintaining the brand's visual identity and delivering engaging content to our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for marketing materials, social media, and other platforms.
- Assist in developing and executing design concepts and ideas.
- Contribute to the design and production of print and digital materials, including event signage, web graphics, and email campaigns.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions for new projects.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual materials.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets and templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback on design projects.
- Contribute to the creation of multimedia content, including video and animation.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Demonstrated creative ability and passion for graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take direction and feedback to refine design work.
- Understanding of design principles and typography.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
