Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Art Director at Octro Inc. located in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a deep passion for mobile games and an impressive portfolio demonstrating the ability to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the player experience.
As a Creative Director, your main responsibility will be leading the design and development of user
interfaces for our games, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to shape the vision and direction of the game, ensuring that designs align with the game's vision.
- Analysing and interpreting feedback from external groups, identifying underlying motivations, and driving solutions to address problems and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with an in-house team of 2D and 3D artists, designers, illustrators, and animators to develop creative materials from concept to final artwork.
- Working with the marketing team to create top-quality marketing assets.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet the organization's goals.
- Providing guidance to team artists to ensure timely delivery and achievement of quality targets.
- Creating an inclusive environment and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.
Qualifications
- Creative Direction and Art Direction skills
- Experience in branding and graphics
- Strong creative strategy skills
- Excellent visual and design sense
- Ability to work well in a team and lead a creative team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
