About the Role

As a Creatio Technical Support Consultant, you'll be a critical member of our team, providing advanced technical support to our Creatio customers. You'll delve into intricate technical issues, leverage your programming skills, and implement solutions within development environments before deploying them to production.

Responsibilities:


Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues reported through customer tickets.
Develop and test solutions within a development environment using Creatio.
Keep customers informed by notifying them when the solution is ready for testing in the development environment.
Gather feedback from customers on the implemented solution.
Oversee the deployment of the final solution to the production environment.
Perform configurations and implementations to optimize the Creatio platform for customer needs.

Technical Skills:


Experience with source code management software such as Git.
Strong programming background, particularly in C#, JavaScript (Angular).
Solid understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
Experience in integration implementations like REST, SOAP.
Familiarity with orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience working with project management tools like Jira.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Creatio and related utilities (clio, CreatioSDKs for .NET and JS).

Have a valid Creatio Advanced Developer certification
