Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 - 3 years experience
Good Logical thinking / reasoning Skills
Good English Communication skills written / verbal
Good Knowledge of Excel and similar Tools
Motivated and willing to learn and work on emerging technologies in website management
Problem solving skills
GOOD TO HAVE
Basic knowledge of Automobile systems
Interest in learning IT related processes
Responsibilities
Authoring of vehicles in CPMD environment to ensure the it is done as per program requirement & identify defects.
Close working with the stake holders, review the work before signing off
Prepare & maintain the metrics to track and assess the status of all launch related activities
Document technical and business requirements to keep the business process updated
Test & implement solutions meeting different new requirements arising during the launch
Exposure to CPMD developments in further contributing to improve the application
Leverage contacts & technical knowledge to accelerate the troubleshooting of issue arising in the application during authoring process
Lead & share the issue discussion with various IT Teams
Various meetings with e-Com, Showroom, DevOps, UAT, GCR Workshop, Model Setup, workload planning
Analysts review/study Ford documents including Order Guides and Pricewires.
Utilizing specific tool (i. e. CPMD and GForce), analysts need to retrieve current vehicle configurations from a data base and then update the configuration based upon the results of their analysis
Comply with Release Schedules for all vehicle lines within all Markets
Conduct Unit testing and Peer testing to determine corrective actions
Issue handling and resolution
Review Post production discrepancy issues and initiate corrective actions
Maintain common practices across vehicle lines
