Job Description:
As the CPL Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and optimization of performance business through DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) and affiliate partners. Your primary focus will be on managing CPL campaigns efficiently to ensure consistent monetization and delivery deployments. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to align client briefs and ensure optimal outcomes. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end management of the complete affiliate program, including payment processes, communication with affiliates, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage deliveries for Performance business (CPL) through DSPs and affiliate partners.
2. Ensure consistent monetization and delivery deployments.
3. Coordinate with the sales team to maximize the output of client briefs.
4. Oversee the end-to-end management of the complete affiliate program.
5. Map and optimize affiliate payment processes.
6. Handle all communication going out to affiliates.
7. Analyze affiliate and DSP performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, and
develop key metrics to share with affiliates.
8. Implement strategies for landing page and keyword optimization.
9. Create monthly newsletters and welcome newsletters for affiliates.
10. Monitor campaign daily pace and troubleshoot issues with internal campaign management
and clients.
11. Manage publisher relationships from budget allocation to margin realization.
12. Engage in media buying and arbitrage across various delivery aspects.
Job Requirements:
1. Previous experience in managing CPL campaigns.
2. Experience in delivery and optimization in the MENA region is preferred.
3. Working knowledge of tracking platforms.
4. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
