About The Role
In this role, as the Senior Client Partnership & Growth (CP&G) Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the setup, testing, execution, and validation of operations related processes and tasks. These processes will require you to use various internal and external tools. You will partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables within the defined SLAs.
What You'll Do
- Ensure daily activities are executed smoothly, meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues.
- Work on special operations-oriented projects to support the key business initiatives across the organization.
- Identify gaps in ops processes and take ownership of maintaining and enhancing them, including documenting processes as needed.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and various business functions to implement key automations.
- Lead development and optimizations of processes to maximize efficiencies and minimize Op risk
- Leverage tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Google suite and other cloud based platforms for work management and delivery.
- Support team members with queries or troubleshooting any problem in delivering the tasks
- Leverage tools such as JIRA, Storyclash, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget as well as internal tools to accomplish tasks
Must Have
- 4+ years of operations experience
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to work in ambiguity with a growth mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for technology, data, process and problem-solving
- Team player who can work independently and take ownership of their role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Detail-oriented and diligent
- Strong service orientation, project management, and organizational skills

- Shopify experience
- Process optimization framework and experience
- Prior B2C and e-commerce experience
