Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Course/Sales Counsellor to join our team. This role is essential in guiding prospective students, providing them with information about our programs, and assisting them in choosing the right courses for their career goals. The ideal candidate should have experience in counselling or sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling: Engage with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and provide tailored advice on courses and programs in the center and during the visits to Colleges/Hostels.

Sales Conversion: Work towards enrollment targets, converting inquiries into course enrollments by presenting the benefits and value of our programs.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents,.

Course Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on course offerings, schedules, and enrollment procedures.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups on leads, nurture potential enrollments, and support students through the application and enrollment process.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on counselling sessions, enrollment numbers, and outreach activities.

Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed counseling and increase enrollments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field; additional certifications in counseling or sales is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or a related field in the education sector.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a persuasive and empathetic approach.

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
