We are looking for a highly motivated person for the role of Course Coordinator with a passion for learning and who is open to working in a dynamic environment. You need to be excellent communicators, with an empathetic attitude and robust management skills.

You need to be able to pick up the ropes and not give up, organise, plan and act, all while managing time effectively. This role will offer you unfiltered insights, problems, and opportunities to create an impact at a high-growth stage Startup!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Course Coordinator you will be working on:

• Cohort Management - Planning and management of the designated cohorts keeping in mind the success metrics. Reviewing cohort performance, managing cohort success and reporting gaps.
• Course Running- Scheduling and running of multiple cohorts with all the stakeholders involved.
• Tracking learner progress and performance to preempt gaps while building for them.
• Working with Industry Experts and Mentors to create and innovate on the subjects of the future
• Course Documentation with detailed reports of success and improvement parameters, pain points, learner feedback, reviews and analysis
• Creating seamless experience for every cohort cycle starting from onboarding until graduation
• Aid in product design and development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Communications or management degree
• Proactive problem solver and convergent thinker
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
• Enjoy building Processes and optimizing as per scale.
• Be enthusiastic and relentless in achieving customer success.
• Good understanding of resource management, planning and organizational skills
• Curious and self-motivated to learn, always improving yourself and the team around you.
• Empathizing with the users to provide them with an intuitive experience and have consumer sensibilities.
