Qualifications
Law graduate (3/5 years) with a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following sectors
- General Corporate Law
- Banking, Finance, Fintech
- Contracts Drafting/Contract Management
- Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
- Employment Matters
- Transactional Documentation & Advisory (M&A, PE VC, investment transactions,startup advisory)
- In-house Counsel
What We Are Looking For:
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a genuine desire to help others learn and succeed.
- Exceptional empathy and communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in perfect spoken and written English.
- Enthusiasm for the corporate law field, coupled with a deep understanding of the role of a corporate lawyer.
- Strong analytical skills reflected in written work, ability to handle abstract situations and ideas.
- Remote work is essential, and we welcome applicants from small towns and different time zones. Our diverse team operates across 8 countries.
- Open to individuals considering teaching as a new venture and willing to share practical experiences.
- Proficient in using computers, navigating through Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective learning, mentor students, and support them in achieving their goals.
- Manage Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for assigned courses.
- Assist individuals in securing jobs, clients, and guide them in advancing their careers.
- Training and necessary tools will be provided.
- Contribute ideas, content, and innovative pedagogy to enhance and improve our courses.
