Pickup and delivery deliver shipments safely and within the standard time frame. Before courier/collection, all shipments must check physically to ensure the required paperwork is available and shipments are in condition to travel in transit / deliver to the customer
Reporting / Documentation
Prepare a Debrief report at the end of each working day. Complete all required paperwork for all collected shipments.
Quality of Service
Maintain and adhere to all company standards regarding personal appearance, vehicle cleanliness and paperwork prepared for customer shipments. Professional behavior s and attitude attending customers.
Security
Ensure security of shipments, collected cash and company vehicle. Ensure to use of padlocks on vehicles at all times to secure customer shipments and company assets.
Sales and Customer Service
Deliver on time monthly invoices. Act as a messenger between customers and credit controllers in relaying customers queries regarding billing and selling insurance on outbound shipments
