HIRING FOR TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
  • Expertise in Coupa Source to Pay modules
  • Expertise in handling with support tickets and doing RCA
  • Core implementation Specialist Certification
  • Understanding of integration and design between Coupa and ERP

GOOD TO HAVE:
Excellent communication skill

Responsibility / Expectations from the Role:
  • Resolve issues in Coupa related to configuration and integration
  • Customer presentation on the ticket resolution summary
  • Coupa configuration design and execution
  • Create and modify BRDs / Design documents in Coupa
