Job Description
- 3 to 5 years of hands on experience in Coupa platform
- Work with the customer stakeholder
- troubleshooting the coupa incidents / Service tickets
- Work with cross functional teams to resolve the tickets related to Integration
- Have worked on Updates and maintenance
- Have worked on Enhancement / Development / Automation
- Have worked on New Rollout engagements
- Good communication skills, reporting
- Coupa platform certification
