Role Description
We are seeking a Country Contract Manager in for our Business Unit Warehousing Solutions to work with the Global Head of Contract Management and collaborate Contract Management Working Group, local Sales and Account teams and local Operations teams. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer retention and maximizing our long-term growth potential through the implementation of standardized and professional Contract Management practices.
Contract Management Working Group:
Contribute to development of Contract Management Framework and adjustment to local requirements, under supervision of Global Head of Contract Management
Oversee all aspects of Contract Management for the region / country assigned
Collaboration with senior management, Sales, Operations, and Legal to ensure a seamless and professional customer relationship.
Coordination of support for contractual and compliance issues
Standardization:
Local implementation of Global Contract Management standards and processes to ensure operational excellence.
Support enhencment of standards globally by identifing and addressing areasfor enhencment, responding adeptly to evolving customer needs and requests, and pioneering innovative mechanisms where necessary.
Contract Management Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive contract management planning that support the company's short-term and long-term goals in the region / country and in line with Global Contract Management StrategyConducting contract negotiations in close collaboration with Business Development and Operations
